Meet Our Superstars! Employee Spotlight: Chloe Berry, Software Engineer

Chloe holds the distinction of being OnScript AI’s first employee, starting her journey as a part-time intern while completing her computer science degree at the University of South Florida. After graduating in Spring 2024, she transitioned to a full-time role, shifting from web development to the AI team, where she now focuses on tuning, training, and developing AI services. Drawing on her prior experience in quality control for a contact center during high school, Chloe brings a unique, firsthand understanding of the challenges and needs that OnScript AI’s products aim to address.

As the lead developer for OnScript’s Large Language Model systems, Chloe has been instrumental in shaping the company's AI capabilities. Most notably, she was the primary architect behind the AI component of the Vocalytics product, a significant innovation in OnScript’s offerings. Chloe is known by her peers for her strong work ethic, creative vision, and positive attitude. Chloe’s leadership consistently elevates the projects she undertakes, making her a valuable team player that supersedes her impressive resume.

Outside of work, Chloe is equally impressive. She is an accomplished pilot with nearly 200 flight hours and is currently pursuing her instrument rating. A high achiever from the start, she captained her high school diving team for three years and speaks fluent Russian and Spanish. Chloe’s drive and multifaceted talents make her a valued member of the OnScript AI family and a true inspiration to the team.
